Billy T will gladly accept returns of items purchased on We will not accept returns that were purchased from other retailers.

Items must be in original condition with original tags and must not be worn, used, altered or washed. Please ensure that no makeup, perfume, deodorant, etc. has transferred to the garment while trying on, as damaged items are not eligible for return. If we receive ANY returned items that do not conform to this policy, we will deduct $10 from your original payment for the cost of return shipping and our cost incurred sending the merchandise back to you -  no exceptions.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit. 

Returns with a gift receipt will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of a merchandise credit.

Free Standard Shipping over $30 and Free Returns are available to delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 states of the United States only. HI, AK, PR, US Territories, International, and Canadian orders are excluded. 

For orders under $30, returns will be refunded in the original form of payment less $7 for the prepaid return label fee.

Orders over $30 are not subject to one-time return shipping fees, however, if items within a purchase order are returned at different times, $7 for the return fee will be deducted from the refund amount each time. ALL ORDERS: Fees are applied to each return, not each shipment.  Therefore, if you return multiple times within the same purchase order, you will still be charged $7 for each prepaid return label. Your original form of payment will be refunded for items returned to Billy T within 30 days of purchase. No returns or claims will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. If you are approved, then your refund will be applied to your credit card in 3 business days.



Wholesale orders are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credits. For damaged items, all claims must be submitted within 11 days from initial shipping date.
