Billy T will gladly accept returns/exchanges of item(s) purchased on billytshop.com. We will not accept returns/exchanges that were purchased from other retailers.

 

Item(s) must be in original condition with original tags and must not be worn, used, altered or washed. Please ensure that no makeup, perfume, deodorant, etc. has transferred to the garment while trying on, as damaged items are not eligible for return/refund/credit. If we receive ANY returned/exchange item(s) that do not conform to this policy, your item(s) will not be returned to you or refunded/credited. In the event that an exception is made to send your return back to you, we are not liable for your package if it's lost or stolen while in transit. There will be a tracking number sent to you beforehand. 

 

Final Sale: Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for a refund, exchange, or credit. Therefore, if you return a final sale item(s) you will forgo the returned item(s).

 

Returns with a gift receipt purchased from our website will be exchanged or refunded for the value indicated on the gift receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of a merchandise credit.

 

Free Standard Shipping over $30 and Free Returns are available to delivery addresses in the contiguous 48 states of the United States only. HI, AK, PR, US Territories, International, and Canadian orders are excluded. 

For orders under $30, returns will be refunded in the original form of payment less $18 for the prepaid return label fee.

For orders from HI, AK, PR, US Territoriesreturns will be refunded in the original form of payment less $35 for the prepaid return label fee. 

 

International and Canadian ordersreturns will be refunded in the original form of payment less $45 for the prepaid return label fee. 

 

Prepaid Return Label: One-time FREE returns for all orders over $30. If you return multiple times within the same purchase order, you will be charged $18 for each additional prepaid return label generated off our website. Each additional return label fee of $18 will be deducted from the refund amount each time. Your original form of payment will be refunded for items returned to BillyTShop within 30 days of purchase. No returns or claims will be accepted after 30 days from the purchase date. If you are approved, then your refund will be applied to your credit card in 3-5 business days.

Please note any returns on orders after the 30-day return window will forgo all returned items. Your item(s) will not be returned to you or refunded.

 

Price Adjustments:  If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if you contact us within 14 days of the original date of purchase.

We’re unable to offer price adjustments for temporary promotions or discounts. Promotions or discounts can’t be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion discount was activated. Credits will be applied back to the original form of payment. If you paid with a gift card or e-gift card, a new gift card or e-gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit.

Please note: We’re unable to process price adjustments for merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores.

HOLIDAY RETURNS

Great news! We've extended our return window through Januany 15th this year, for all items purchased between November 1 and December 23. No returns, exchanges or credit for Final Sale items.  

 

WHOLESALE
